A STORY FROM
WITHIN FOOTBALL
ONUKSPORTS founder Ekrem Onuk played professional football for many years.
During his professional career, he wore the jerseys of clubs such as Karlsruher SC, Ankaragücü, Sincanspor, Mersin İdman Yurdu, Zeytinburnuspor, Başakşehir, Yimpaş Yozgat, Elazığspor, Adanaspor, Konyaspor, Gümüşhanespor and Erzurumspor.
After his football career, he saw that one of the biggest challenges young players face is gaining access to opportunity and visibility.
This is exactly where ONUKSPORTS CUP began.
Today, ONUKSPORTS CUP brings the tournament and scouting experience gained in Germany together with young footballers in Turkey.
TALENT IS EVERYWHERE.
OPPORTUNITY IS NOT.
Thousands of young footballers across Turkey play in amateur clubs, football academies, school teams and local leagues.
Some are highly talented. Some work incredibly hard. Some believe they can achieve far more than their current level. But not every player is regularly scouted by big clubs. Not every player has access to a professional scouting network. Not every player gets the right stage to show what they can do.
ONUKSPORTS CUP steps in exactly at this point.
We don't promise a football career.
We create the opportunity for you to show what you can do.
At ONUKSPORTS, we believe every player has their own unique potential.
That's why we build an individual roadmap tailored to each athlete's goals, strengths and areas for development. From the initial assessment to performance development, from career planning to creating new opportunities, we stand by our players at every stage, supporting them with our professional expertise and personal guidance.
At the heart of our work is the early discovery of talent, the continuous development of performance, and the creation of new opportunities. Through professional scouting processes, individual consultancy and goal-oriented career planning, we help players maximize their potential and make the right decisions for their future. In this process, we place great importance not only on on-field performance, but also on personal development, mental resilience and long-term career goals.
ONUKSPORTS CUP works in close collaboration with clubs, coaches, scouts and decision-makers in the football world to offer its players the most suitable development opportunities. Thanks to our broad and strong network, we identify opportunities early and evaluate them in the best possible way on our players' behalf. Our goal is to connect talent with the right opportunities and help build their sporting future on solid foundations.
Trust, transparency and long-term collaboration are the core values of how we work. We place great importance on building strong relationships with our players, standing by them as a reliable guide and solution partner at every stage of their careers. From a young talent's first steps to their professional career journey, we accompany them at every step with passion, responsibility and a clear vision.
